TRW Bulletin bukanlah portal rasmi Persatuan Bola Sepak Kelantan.

TRWBulletin adalah portal berita dwibahasa yang memaparkan berita dan menyampaikan maklumat tentang Persatuan Bola Sepak Kelantan (Kelantan FA), termasuklah aktiviti-aktivi persatuan, majlis, kursus, penganjuran pertandingan, termasuk berita mengenai skuad bola sepak Kelantan The Red Warriors, Skuad Presiden, Skuad Belia dan aktiviti-aktivit Akademi (Bola Sepak) Al-Hamra Red Warriors (ARMY).

Portal ini bertujuan memastikan setiap maklumat persatuan diterbitkan berdasar sumber sahih dan disampaikan untuk pengetahuan umum dengan kadar cepat dan tepat, melalui integrasi laman utama dan kemudahan laman sosial Facebook dan Twitter.

Selain daripada itu, portal ini juga memuatkan berita-berita yang diterbitkan oleh agensi-agensi berita lain, yang menyentuh perihal sukan bola sepak, persatuan dan pasukan The Red Warriors (kredit kepada agensi-agensi berkenaan).

Tulisan-tulisan yang menjurus kepada pendapat peribadi dimuatkan dalam ruang EDITOR.

Pandangan yang dikemukakan dalam penulisan di ruangan  Editor, TIDAK mewakili Persatuan Bola Sepak Kelantan (KAFA) dan pasukan The Red Warriors secara langung mahupun tidak langsung.

Portal ini dibina, disenggara dan dikemaskini oleh Gegar Media Communications, sebuah syarikat pengurusan media elektronik dan penyiaran web, yang bertapak di Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
