FA CUP : Kedah Will Miss Khyril Muhymeen Against Terengganu On Tuesday

ALOR SETAR, March 25 - Kedah will be playing without their key striker, Mohd Khyril Muhymeen Zambri, in the second leg of the FA Cup quarterfinals against the T-Team at the Stadium Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah, Kuala Terengganu on Tuesday as he had been suspended for one match for receiving two yellow cards.

In addition, the poor performance shown by Kedah's 22-year-old import from Ghana, Hamidan Mohamed, has weakened the Kedah attack in their efforts to qualify for the semi-finals.

Kedah's chief coach Wan Jamak Wan Hassan said he would look again at the performance of all the players during the training sessions in the next two days and decide whether Hamidan could be fielded in the first eleven.

"I have given Hamidan a chance to improve his game but the trust that the fans and I have given to him had been wasted as he had not put in his best effort," he said when met after the match against the T-Team last night.

Wan Jamak said, nevertheless, he was satisfied with the performance of his wards last night although the team only managed to draw 0-0 against the T-Team.
